Box Label
Here I am going to discuss all 3 types of boxes for the gold, green, and MCA colorways just to show you all the differences that you could use to check if your Air Force 1 off-White is real or fake.
Start off with the comparison of the real vs fake Air Force 1 Offwhite University Gold colorway, denoted in the yellow square, we can all agree that the font boldness for the real Air Force1 off-white is thinner, unlike the fake AF1 off-white, the font is just slightly bolder compared to retails.
Denoted with yellow and red arrows, to point out that the RFID chip denoted in the yellow arrow is visible and clear, if we compare this with the replicated AF1 off-white, the RFID chip is missing.
Let's also check the alignment of those print details, notice that the 10.5 placement is more on the right side, thus exceeding the alignment from that Air Force 1 text, I have drawn some lines for you to check if your pairs are real or fake.
With this green spark box label, you can already spot the real vs fake sneaker, notice the description printed is totally wrong when compared with the fake, the description is just longer.
Another thing to notice when checking for authenticity is the is again the paper quality is wrong.
Denoted in the yellow rectangle, pointing out that the reak box label AF1 off-white is again thinner. However, if we compare both the real and fake Air labels side by side, the text font is too thick.
Size Label
Checking now the inner size label, I just need to point out one of the main differences between the real vs fake AF1 off-white is the font boldness, mainly that country of origin made in Vietnam for the real Air Force 1 Off white is thinner, however, if we try to check or zoom in, Vietnam text for the replica is bolder.
Giving you a second size label comparison for the real vs fake Air Force 1 MCA or University blue colorway, denoted in the yellow circle, US 9.5 is slightly thinner, however, if we compare the replica Air Force 1 Off white MCA, we could see that 9.5 is different, esp the .5.
The same font difference for the Made in Vietnam font for the fake AF1 off-white on retail or real pairs is much thinner when compared with fakes, it is indeed bolder.
Rear
Checking the rear part of the Air force 1 off-white green spark, we can already see that the color is different by comparing them side by side, the real pair color is consistent and a bit darker, however with the fake Air Force1 off-white the ankle overlay color is different.
Another good indicator to check the real vs fake Air Force 1 off-white is the swoosh embroidery, mainly that swoosh tail, on the real pair that swoosh tail is much extended, however with the fake AF1 off-white, the tail is shorter. Even the zigzag stitch is not like with retails.
Denoted in black oval, pointing out here how well debossed that Nike and its swoosh is for the real pair, unlike the fake AF1 off-white, it's barely there.
The stitching pattern is also off, the zigzag pattern is much tighter for the real pairs when compared with the fakes, plus the threads are a bit loose if you could zoom in.
Color is also less vibrant for the fake Air Force 1 University Gold, compared with real pairs, color just pops like gold in color.
Checking the rear part of the Air Force 1 MCA, we could say that the color is already a giveaway when checking the real vs fake, we again try to compare the zigzag stitch quality and color. The real pair stitch is tight and consistent without having those holes like fakes do, clearly, the stitch is far much wider in gaps for the fake pair when compared with retail pairs.
Moving on with the upper ankle cushioning difference for our real vs fake comparison. I just want to point out how well-structured the collars are for the real pairs, unlike the fake ones folded and the cushion protruding out.
Side Panel
The main differences between the real and fake Air Force 1 off-white are the swoosh quality, shape, placement, and texture.
Denoted in a rectangle box, if we try to compare the size and shape of that mid-foot panel, the real AF1 off-white is thinner, however, for the replica, we can say it's chunkier.
We also saw the difference in placement whereas the fake pair swoosh is placed lower, compared with the retail pair it's much higher in placement.
Checking the swoosh, it is supposed to be crackled yet how it shines is different. See how the real pair cracks yet fine, fakes are over-pronounced and shine like a mirror finish.
Denoted in arrow lines, just to show you how the heel should not lean forward as the replica does, real pairs are straight in this area.
Notice the stitch difference on the swoosh, aside from the quality and texture differences, stitching for the real pair is more dense, tight, and consistent with less gap spacing, on the other hand, replica spacing is more prominent and the thread used is different as well.
The midsole also has some shape difference, it should not glide straight like the replica denoted in the red line, see how the real pair lines are more curved.
Medial Text
The Medial text on retail is less bold, compared with fake Air Force 1 off-white much bolder in print and font. Check that TM mark and Oregon lettering differences.
The vent holes are also more pronounced with retail, compared with fakes and placement is lower.
Aside from the medial text, we also need to mention how the swoosh stitching for the real Air force 1 off-white should be consistent and with the proper thread thickness, for if we compare both pairs side by side, obviously the stitch looks weird and thick for the replica, the real pair stitch is much fine and with much longer swoosh head as well.
Insole Stitching
The Insole stitching is very important when checking the real vs fake Air Force 1 Off-white.
Here we can see how dense the stitching is and how consistent, however on the fake pair stitching also looks good but not as dense as on retail.
Checking that visible guide hole, the real Air Force 1 hole is smaller compared with the fake pair guide hole is larger in diameter.
Back Insoles
Denoted in the yellow square, the real Air Force 1 off-white size marking inscription says AFC 1, unlike the fake inscription that says QA-7 clearly a good legit checking guide.
Insole Prints
Another good legit checking indicator is how the print was done.
On the real pair denoted in the red circle, I have drawn a slated line for us to compare how it was placed accordingly, when compared with the replica, the swoosh is also slanted but lower.
Notice the color difference between the real vs fake fabric. Retail insoles are less vibrant, unlike fake insoles.
Orange Tab
The off-white Air Force 1 has so many details to check, one of them is the iconic orange tab by Virgil Abloh.
Denoted in the yellow square, the color is a giveaway, it should be dark orange in color, unlike the fake color is a more vibrant orange.
Here's another example of that orange tab. Notice how dark it is for retail with the corners all sharp. However, the replica corners are curved and not as dark as the authentic Air Force 1 Off-white. Stitch threads spacing also is not as dense as fakes.
The real green spark Air Force 1 tab stitching is not as dense as fakes do. See how the threads for retail have more space compared with fakes, making the stitch pattern darker because the density is wrong.
Mid Sole Print
Denoted in the yellow rectangle vs the fake red rectangle shape, just to show you the real thread color should not be as vibrant as the gold leather.
Even the print quality is off, notice the blotches on the fake AIR prints
But the most distinguishing flaw here is the R tail curve is present on retail pairs, however on fakes, plain and straight lines.
Here's another print flaw in quality, See the fake AIR text is crooked and the font is also not the same just like what I have discussed above, R tail is not curved, in fact, the fake R ending is cut off.
Toe Box
For the last comparison, let's talk about the toe box.
Notice how the real AF1 off-white toe box shape is more round, compared with the fake AF1 looking boxy and chunky.
Also, notice the lower eyelet overlay, and how the shape is different, retail pairs are smaller and the stitch pattern is consistent, however, with the fake pair, the overlay is larger, and the stitch pattern in off.
Here's another comparison with the Air Force 1 Green Spark.
Again the toe box shape is a giveaway if you happen to see how square they look, it's a replica or fake Air Force 1 Off-White.
Vent hole placement is also another key when checking, notice how the fake vent holes are placed further compared with real pair vent holes that are closer to the overlay.
